Payment and Delivery Policy

§1. General provisions

1. This Payment and Delivery Policy outlines the payment terms and delivery procedures for products and services offered through the Wizards of Art website.

2. This Policy is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of the Website. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of this Policy.

3. All transactions concluded through the Website are conducted in accordance with applicable Polish and European Union law.

§2. Payment methods

1. The Customer may make payments using the following methods:

payment by card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro),

BLIK,

PayPal,

Apple Pay,

Google Pay,

Stripe (international payments),

Fondy (online payments),

traditional bank transfer (if this option is available on the Website).

2. All payments are made in Polish zloty (PLN), unless otherwise indicated during the purchase process.

3. Online payments are made through third-party payment providers, in accordance with their terms and conditions and security policies.

4. The Customer's payment details are not stored by the Seller.

5. In the case of card or online payment, the Customer's account is debited upon confirmation of the payment by the payment provider.

§3. Payment security

1. All transactions on the Website are protected by SSL encryption and payment processor security systems.

2. The Seller does not store the Customer's full payment card details and has no access to them.

3. The Customer is obligated to use a secure internet connection when making payments and to maintain the confidentiality of payment details.

§4. Order confirmation

1. After payment, the Customer receives an automatic order confirmation via email to the address provided when placing the order.

2. The confirmation includes the order details, order number, and the Seller's contact information.

3. At the Customer's request, the Seller issues an invoice or receipt in accordance with applicable law.

§5. Order Fulfillment Procedure

1. After payment is received, the Seller will begin processing the order within the time specified in the product description or order confirmation.

2. The order processing time depends on the type of product/service and the selected delivery method and is indicated for each product on the Website.

§6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery Scope

The Seller sells physical products (including designer ceramics) with the option of delivery within the territory of the Republic of Poland and – in exceptional cases – to other European Union countries, after individual agreement on shipping terms and costs.

6.2 Delivery Methods

Products are delivered via courier companies cooperating with the Organizer, in particular:

InPost – delivery to parcel lockers or by courier to the specified address,

Poczta Polska – delivery by registered mail or Pocztex courier.

The Customer can select their preferred carrier from the available options when placing the order.

6.3 Personal Pickup

If available, the Customer may collect the order in person at the Wizards of Art studios:

ul. Żurawia 32/34 apt. 26, Warsaw

ul. Wiolinowa 8 apt. 150 (class 1), Warsaw

The pickup date must be agreed upon in advance with the Organizer. Products not collected within 30 days of notification may be considered a withdrawal from the contract by the Customer.

6.4 Delivery Time and Cost

Available delivery methods, estimated delivery time, and shipping costs are always provided in the product description and when placing the order.

Delivery time includes:

preparing the product for shipment (usually up to 7 business days),

Delivery time depends on the carrier:


InPost: usually 1-2 business days,

Poczta Polska: usually 2-4 business days.

6.5 Liability

The Organizer is not liable for delivery delays caused by the carrier, unless they are the fault of the Organizer. Upon handing over the shipment to the carrier, the risk of accidental loss, damage, or destruction of the product is transferred to the Customer.

6.6 Parcel Receipt Procedure

The Customer is obligated to inspect the shipment upon receipt. If any mechanical damage, missing items, or signs of opening are found, please complete a damage report in the presence of the courier or at the post office and inform the Organizer immediately.

6.7 Uncollected Shipment Costs

If the Customer fails to collect the shipment due to reasons beyond their control, the Organizer has the right to charge the Customer for the cost of reshipping the shipment or deduct these costs from the refund in the event of withdrawal.

§7. Returns and complaints regarding payment and delivery

1. The rules for returns and complaints are set forth in a separate Returns and Complaints Policy.

2. In the event of payment problems, the Customer should immediately contact the Seller by email at wizardsofart10@gmail.com or by phone at +48 xxx xxx xxx.

3. In the event of delivery problems (delays, lost shipment, damage), the Customer should submit a complaint directly to the Seller or carrier within 3 business days of receiving the shipment.

§8. Force majeure

1. The Seller is not liable for delays or inability to fulfill an order caused by events beyond its control, including, but not limited to:

natural disasters,

warfare, riots, acts of terrorism,

carrier or payment system failures,

administrative decisions.

2. In the event of force majeure, the Seller will immediately inform the Customer of the expected order fulfillment time or the possibility of canceling the order without incurring any costs.

§9. International clause

1. This Payment and Delivery Policy also applies to Customers from countries outside Poland.

2. For international orders, the Customer is responsible for ensuring they are familiar with the regulations in force in their country and for any additional costs related to customs, taxes, and import procedures.

3. The Customer is fully responsible for all additional costs related to the delivery of goods outside Poland, including, in particular, customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, and other charges arising from the laws of the delivery country.

4. The Seller is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from customs procedures or tax obligations in the delivery country.
